I am a sophomore girl with an unhealthy relationship with music. I’ve been obsessed, to put it mildly, with this kind of music for as long as I can remember and it’s helped me get through some pretty rough times in my life. Oh, I should probably clarify something. The music that has become my entire life is a heavy mixture of rock. I’ll listen to anything, as long as it’s rock, of course. But the types I listen to are punk, metal, screamo, deathcore, metalcore, classical, and indie.
I think that without my music, I definitely would not be the person I am today. I’m pretty sure I would be like my sister: a prep addicted to shoes and her phone. So I’m pretty happy that I turned out the way I am today: a sarcastic, fun, stubborn, gothic-like girl. So, I hope you guys find joy in this music as much as I have.
